A long term portfolio landlord of ours and regional rep of the National Landlords Association, Mary Ann Pearce, scooped overall
“Landlord of the Year” in the Landlord and Letting Awards in November 2010. She beat all the other regional finalists to the main award – we were proud to collect her award on her behalf in the plush setting of the Birmingham Hilton – venue for the awards ceremony. It also meant Claire got to shake the hand of Craig Phillips twice (the most famous Big Brother winner who as a successful property professional himself was handing out the awards) – as we also scooped London Letting Agent of the year!
